About the event
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS CLASS GOING TO THE INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE
In this afternoon class, you will learn the basics of making a linocut print, and will leave with at least 1 print of your own making and design!
This workshop is designed to help you learn how to print at home.
What the class involves:
What is lino printing? A brief history!
An exploration of artists and their mark making
Practising with softcut lino
Transferring an image
How to draw for lino
Printing and pressing
Cost: £45 - The cost of the room is being donated by OOTB and I am covering the cost of the supplies
Time: 1.30pm - 6pm
Location: Abbeymount Techbase
Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided, and full information will be sent in the week prior.
